Challenge: The leader was required to be an authoritative voice within numerous national and state strategic alliances and formal industry collaborations. They needed to amplify the organisation's reach and impact across diverse, high-stakes advocacy platforms.
Intervention: Implementation of a ‘High-Stakes Presentation System’. This involved 1:1 coaching to refine vocal presence and strategic messaging, ensuring the leader and their team were fortified for successful industry presentations and keynotes. A core focus was transitioning from ‘Executive Lead’ to ‘Industry Catalyst’, ensuring external delivery was congruent with the internal mission of workplace thriving.
Outcome: Successfully reinforced the organisation's advocacy reach through the CEOs authentic and grounded communication, securing its position as a primary authoritative voice within the Australian health and mental health sectors.

Context: Supporting deep-tech and med-tech founders within the Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF) ecosystem as they commercialise. These early-stage venture leaders manage complex infrastructure, clinical research, and technical specifications that require translation for a generalist investor audience.
Challenge: Condensing years of rigorous research, prototyping and sophisticated engineering into a compelling 5 minute investor pitch without losing technical integrity.
Intervention: A co-designed, programmatic support system focusing on narrative foundations and streamlined presentation flow. We focused on maintaining commercial rigour while enhancing authority and engagement through high-stakes delivery skills.
Outcome: This work culminated in a landmark pitch night in partnership with InHouse Ventures. Notably, the winning founder had the highest engagement across workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions, proving the direct correlation between performance investment and capital success.

Context: Executive coach for over 20 senior leaders within the NSW Government and directors of a national private hospital and healthcare operation.
Challenge: Supporting leaders to thrive while navigating the shift from technical oversight to strategic organisational influence within high-pressure, complex systems.
Intervention: Provided targeted 1:1 and group executive coaching as a core component of a broader leadership development program. This included deep-dive debriefs of psychometric and 360 degree feedback tools to identify strengths to leverage and growth opportunities.
Outcome: Strengthened the leadership bench strength across both the public and private sectors, resulting in improved collective effectiveness and a more grounded, authoritative leadership presence. Through relational agility, leaders were better able to manage their energy and maintain sustainable high performance.

Challenge: The national team needed to move beyond technical feature-led presentations to high-stakes, authoritative delivery that could influence senior decision-makers in the financial sector.
Intervention: A deep dive into authentic style, vocal authority and presence mechanics specifically tailored for sales environments. Through a lab environment we utilised test-and-learn feedback loops to master breath, resonance, and posture, ensuring the team could build immediate rapport and connection with their audience.
Outcome: The engagement resulted in a unified, polished delivery style across the national team, directly improving their ability to handle high stakes presentations, and shifting their positioning from ‘Sales Representative’ to ‘Strategic Authority’.
